Resurrected for one day only, CBRB returns over the Bank Holiday Weekend at our site on Tib Lane, as part of our takeover series.

Frequented for their flavourful ramen bowls, Japanese-inspired small plates and range of meticulously made cocktails into the early hours of the morning, CBRB was a firm favourite in the Manchester hospitality scene amongst other Northern Quarter hospitality workers and customers alike prior to its sudden closure in February 2023.

Now they are making their comeback in Manchester with what is expected to be a high-demand takeover on Tib Lane on Sunday 31st March.

Expect dishes CBRB became so loved for including the spicy Nagoya, soft shell crab Kare ramen and the vegan Tantanmen.
